Project Management & Filter Contracts

We offer a comprehensive project management service to ensure all work goes smoothly on site, and can arrange a dedicated filter contract programme to suit your needs.

Project Management

Our Project Managers cover the whole of the United Kingdom and Ireland, meaning we are able to attend site and carry out surveys of your buildings anywhere in the UK & Eire. We have a team of highly skilled operatives and no job is too big or too small. A Project Manager is appointed for each project to assess all health and safety aspects of the filter contracts and they will always be in attendance at site while work is being undertaken.

Filter Contracts

We are able to offer an installation service for regular, planned filter maintenance contracts. This can include taking filters to site or meeting lorries for off-loading at site, removal of the old air filters to pre-designated waste disposal and site installation of the new air filters. After each visit, a full report can be produced and sent to your offices as part of the filter contract.

The filter contract programme can include:

  • Removing old filters and placing in sealed bags
  • Vacuuming out the filter plenum area
  • Washing down and drying if required
  • Fitting new filters and seals
  • Fitting blanking plates to prevent air bypass
